So even though my husband and I are in our 7th week of P90X, I decided to throw Rev Abs into the mix. Today was Day 1 for Rev Abs, another 90 day workout program by Beachbody Inc, a company I love more and more everyday.

Well my review of Day 1 of Rev Abs was ----good to start but great by the end. I love the interval training of Disc 1. I also included Mercy Abs and really enjoyed "old school" crunches. In P90X and Insanity you do other "ab" exercises. Mercy Abs was challenging and I definitely felt the burn. I also sweat alot which was nice. My only complaint is the breaks when Brett's is demonstrating an exercise. I feel that those should have all been included in the SET UP. Overall Day 1 was great.

Blueberry Banana Bread

I had 4 over-ripe bananas in the house but I didn't want to just throw them away. I also have too many frozen so I didn't need to add more to that bunch.
In my search for making healthy and delicious food I came across the website which I will post below. Now I am not a vegan nor do I plan on becoming one however I do make vegan and vegetarian meals and do believe in a kinder lifestyle. So back to to the blueberry banana bread. I was nervous as this contains no butter, no sugar and no eggs..I used applesauce and only 1 tbsp of lemon juice. This was a HIT with my family......so delicious. Valentine's Day -The Movie

I had high hopes for this movie...not sure why but I loved the cast. While it definitely was "cute" and "enjoyable"...its a rental. I would not recommend paying $20 to see it in the theater. Rent it....if you want to see it.

Lovely Bones

This was my 2nd attempt at reading this book and I am so glad I tried again.

When this first came out I was too scared to read it...perhaps immature. Well the second time around I was still scared but this book is about so much more than murder. It is scary, sad, emotional, loving, joyful, wonderful. I really loved it...its at the top of my list.

Time Traveler's Wife

I know I may be one of the only ones ...but I really did not like this book. I struggled through it. I watched the movie the other day during a snow storm. Also not worth $4.99 but better than the book...if that is even possible!
